BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 AM TO 5 PM AND DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. HOWEVER, COLD PRODUCTS SUCH AS SEA MOSS, OR ELDERBERRY ARE PERISHABLE AND ONLY SHIP MONDAY- WEDNESDAY.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME ONLY INCLUDES BUSINESS DAYS.

MAMA T HERBS LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please ensure you are providing your current shipping address when placing an order. If you entered your information incorrectly please email us within 48 hours to have it updated. After 48 hours the information can not be changed to prevent any shipping delays. All packages are shipped via USPS

Yes, you can return your order under the Mama T Herbs Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee of $9.95. *Returns are applicable only for USA orders. International orders are final sale. Please email mamatherbs@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number, and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.
